Darren and Bob were wonderful! I just moved to the area and got into an accident, I wasn't sure where to go. Gerber Collision was one of the places state farm suggested so I went there. When I first arrived Darren went over everything with me. He was very friendly and took his time explaining everything because I really don't know much about cars. I thought then the whole staff was really nice and I was glad I brought my car there. Turns out my car was totalled so when I went to gather my things Darren and Bob helped me get my license plates off my car and I explained the situation that I had just moved here and usually my dad helps me find a car so I asked them their advice and they gave me some really helpful advice. It was past 5:30 and the other staff began to head home but Darren and Bob stayed and continued talking to me. They will ... take care of their customers! I HIGHLY recomend this location! read more

Patrick and Robin made my repair experience so easy and stress free. Their service was amazing. They worked directly with my insurance carrier, assisted with my car rental and even emailed me a daily status of my vehicle. There was never a moment I didn't know what was going on and they reached out to me, not the other way around. They worked around MY schedule and handled everything! Couldn't have asked for more. I have to say, I was EXTREMELY impressed with the staff here at Gerber Clermont. Two people stand out to me, and that was the receptionist Christina, and Scott. Christina is VERY professional, and very courteous. Scott was the one who called me and gave me updates on my repairs, and never left me out of the loop. He was also VERY professional and courteous. These were the only two I dealt with personally, but I also want to commend the entire staff, they always say hello, and always carried themselves well. I will definitely recommend you to others!! Keep up the great work!

I would like to convey to you my deepest appreciation for the extraordinary experience of dealing with your employees at the Apopka location. From the very polite and people friendly interactions with Amy Feltus and Patty Hauth to the beautiful work that the body shop completed, the entire experience was wonderful. Let’s face it, most people who show up at a body shop are not happy to be there and possibly even distraught. In our world today, most companies don’t focus enough on customer service but I am pleased to say that your Apopka shop is not one of them. When I arrived at your Apopka location last Thursday to drop off my vehicle, it had only been a couple of hours after my unfortunate accident and I was still very upset. However, when I left there, I felt completely distressed. I even recall telling my husband when he was trying to ... console me afterwards that I was okay now. It was at the shop and I felt comfortable with where it was. I have had a few dealings with other body shops in the past and I can honestly say that this experience with your people, was head and shoulders above any other. I also appreciated the text messages that updated me on the progress of my repairs and letting me know that it was still on schedule for the delivery date I was given. Then yesterday I got the call that my car would be ready today, four (4) days ahead of schedule. I have already told several people about the wonderful experience I had with your employees and will definitely be recommending the Apopka location to anyone who needs any repair work or glass work done as will my husband. He was with me every time I came to your shop so he was also part of the experience.
