FL - 1011 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park - 3/3/14

I have been using your facility since 1994. Cars were a Dodge Stealth, Acura CLS coupe, two Prius's and a 2013 Toyota Corolla S. All the work that was completed on these automobiles, without exception, was outstanding. My thanks to the employees that completed the most recent work. These are experiences that I will not forget. I would like to thank Shawn at the facility on Blending Blvd in Orange Park, Florida for for solving my problems over the years. Thanks once again.

Amazed how the whole process of having my vehicle repaired was stress free. Brad P.; estimator of my vehicle is professional, and sharp. He explained the whole process, updated me throughout the whole week on the process of my vehicle. Having enterprise rent a car, on site is terrific. When I picked up my vehicle the job was flawless. A few years back I had an Expedition that was hit on the front driver's side. I took it to a Ford dealership/ body shop on the recommendation of the insurance company. I should have listened to my gut, it ended up with Mike in Winter Park to have the work done right. When I got it back, you would never know it was hit. Same thing when it was rear ended but this time I went straight to you all, I wanted it done right the first time! It was a "no-brainer" when the Acura TSX I had less than a week got hit. The car is flawless, looks amazing, and Mike and the crew took excellent care of my car. Mike was in constant contact with me to keep me informed on all aspects of the repair, he knows how much I love my cars. I can not recommend you all enough, GREAT job, keep it up! There is no other place I would take any of my vehicles!

I was very impressed with the service I received from the Orange Park Blanding location. I cannot say enough about Shawn M., his customer service skills are excellent. From the moment I called to set up a appointment to the day I picked up my car, I felt like I was at the top of his list to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone that I encountered at this location were pleasant, and willing to make the customer feel welcome. I highly recommend this location.

I want to thank Steve C at the Lutz, Fl site for pleasant, courteous, and proficient service. He dealt with all the delays from my insurance company and was able to return my car to me in excellent condition. It was returned in nine days instead of 18, as per the estimate! The entire staff were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this sie to anyone.
