Great customer service from beginning to end. Great work in a timely manner. Did an excellent job in fixing my car, but also took the time to do a little detailing both inside and out before turning the car back over to me. Feels like a new car. All my experiences here has been great but Carl ( I hope I got his name correctly ) is outstanding! He's absolutely patient with my lack of car knowledge making sure I get exactly what I needed. He's knowledgeable in what he does. Dealing with car maintenance can be intimidating but he's genuine and approachable making it feels like a friend explaining car stuff to a friend. What a true gem of an employee you have!

They truly went above and beyond what I would have expected---our vehicle looked great after they were finished with it. I especially appreciated the quality of work and experience of the workers here after having gone to the 'mom and pop body shop' that the insurance company (not mine), sent me to.
