After running over road debris, I had to have the front bumper cover replaced on my minivan. Gerber in Zephyrhills did an excellent job and I'm very satisfied with the results. Additionally, I want to thank both Rylee and Rae for being efficient, professional, and very friendly. If I need any future body work, I'll definitely go back to Gerber in Zephyrhills.

The entire staff was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. Particularly Jackie & John. We were kept up to date regularly by text message and the work was completed as promised. Our car looks like new with no sign of where the repair was done. In addition, our entire car was vacuumed and neat/clean on the inside when we picked it up. Wow! That was an added bonus. Thank you very, very much.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and kept me informed about the process and kept me updated on a daily basis. The shop manager was extremely helpful and went out of his way to explain the process in detail and made sure I had no question really great service. The work on my car came out amazing I have custom paint on my car I was extremely worried about the if it was going to match but they matched it. Also to top it off I started a new job and really needed my car back A.S.A.P. they rushed but didn't skip corners and even waited after business hours to return my car what a great service I highly recommend Gerber collision and glass and would never consider another body shop. If you want your vehicle to be done correct and want first class customer service Gerber is the way to go.

Ive never been in an accident before so i wasnt sure what to expect but gerber collisions staff at this location just went above and beyond my expectations. It was one of those moments in life you cant say thank you enough. My car looks great they even fixed an issue that didnt pertain to the incident but was in the same area, they also tried helping me out by saying they would stay later to make sure i got my car that same day they were done. It was a great customer service experience and i will definitely return if i ever need any work done and will recommend gerber collision. To the great and friendly staff thank you!

The service, feedback and professionalism of all of the employees that we dealt with was outstanding. Our car was completed before the estimated time and was washed (almost detailed) when returned to us. The work was outstanding. We highly recommend this company and wish that more businesses cared about customer satisfaction like Gerber of St. Augustine does.

My car was damaged on the rear cab on the driver's side. We called Geico and they referred us to you and scheduled for me to get a rental car. We arrived at Gerber and a man named Sam F. did the appraisal. He was very nice and friendly and explained everything to us. We also had a guy named Scott help us. He was very friendly and explained everything to us and got us set up to talk with Enterprise. The girl named Rachel for Enterprise was extremely friendly and explained everything on how the rental car worked. They said they would follow up with me about the progress of the car and they did! I was extremely impressed on how well it turned out. I would recommend anyone to Gerber Collision. I was very happy with everything. Thanks a lot!

I was actually assisting my friend with a ride and funding, who was having auto body work done on her Toyota. Everyone was so nice and friendly. One gentleman even held the door open for us when we came in! Her mechanic waved goodbye as we left. So thoughtful. The office staff was friendly and we were greeted with a smile when we walked in. My friend was very happy with the results of the work done on her car and I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to anyone in the future. Thank you!

I tried to buff out a few tiny chips and scratches on my car by myself. Big mistake. I made a mess of the finish. At the recommendation of the car dealership I stopped by the Zephyrhills Gerber location. Rylee quickly buffed out the blemishes with the professional equipment and skill. My car looks pristine again. Couldn't thank Rylee enough for fixing my foolish mistake.
