The moment I walked in I felt at ease. The receptionist was friendly and professional. General Manager Michael H. was very thorough when inspecting the damage. He found things right away that the Ins. adjuster didn't see. Ben called me a number of times to let me know the progress. The repair was finished in good time and an excellent job. I waited a few weeks to make sure everything was okay and I'm very happy to say everything is fine. I will most certainly recommend the Leesburg Gerber Collision shop. Would highly recommend this establishment to anybody that needs collison repair work. Tom was outstanding, tried to keep cost down. Kept me in the loop about progress of repair. Vehicle was ready for pick up as promised even though there was more work required than originally estimated. Tom is an asset to your organization, knowledgeable about vehicle to be repaired, broke down everything to be done in laymans terms so you didn't walk away scratching your head. Will have my vehicles repaired if there ever is a need, which I hope not, because of their honesty.

2 years ago, I was in an accident where I was hit in the side and my bumper was completely damaged I was referred to Gerber by Kia motors, and two weeks ago I was hit in the back and again I took my car back to Gerber collision. Both times I was attended by Shawn M. and I must say that both times I was given a service of great satisfaction. The only thing I regret is that there is only 5 stars, cause I would rate you 10 stars , the service and work done is of great satisfaction. And I must thank each and everyone for their great work.
