Totally satisfied, with all aspects of the Gerber experience. Wendy B. is very courteous, efficient, pleasant and did a great job in getting my vehicle back to me, ahead of schedule. Courtesy car drivers were polite and treated me like a lady. I would recommend Gerber to anyone and would certainly bring my own car back there, but hope I never have to!! Thanks to all of you. Your service was truly an enjoyable experience.

I attempted to send this yesterday, so pardon the duplication. I want to commend the excellent service from Ms Kristen Adbell and the team at Gerber. My Toyota Avalon looks like new. Outstanding
