Nybia, Catherine and Dulce were all very helpful, courteous and friendly. They kept me well informed and up to date throughout the entire repair process. They all displayed great customer service skills and were very professional. The repairs done to my vehicle seem to be up to standard and Dulce was quick to help with a small adjustment that was required. All in all I would recommend Gerber Collision to my friends.

I brought the car in on Monday am for an estimate without an appt. I was greeted and treated welcomely and immediately. The insurance company received the information from Gerber right away and by early afternoon all repairs were scheduled for Wednesday. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently and for less money than originally quoted. Yay! I felt this to be an extremely honest move on their part as I would never have known that one of the pieces didn't need to be used. It is 4pm on Wed and the truck is repaired AND cleaned. Hoping I won't need to use them again anytime soon but definitely will recommend them and come back to them if the need arises.

The service was great. I received phone calls and text messages letting me know my car was being taken care of and when it would be ready. I never had to call to find out the status. I would recommend Gerber to my family and friends.
