Upon arriving it seemed like a small place, but when I walked in I was kindly greeted by the woman at the front desk. I was sitting for less than 5 minutes before DJ (I think that's his name) came out and we went to look at my car. He was extremely friendly and definitely went the extra mile. I'm waiting for my car to get repaired, but from what I've seen so far I would definitely recommend this place to someone else.

I would like to take thisopportunity to express my graditude to a company the was not only friendly, kind and courtous but with an astonishing work ethics. I was assigned to a customer service estimator by the name of Scott Monroe who went above and beyond to explain every possible step being made with my vehicle from the beginning to the completion of the repairs. Mr. Monoe upon completion went over every step again and made sure that as a customer I was completerly satified. The complany even washed my car and put my vehicle in the shade to keep it cool while I paid my bill. Thank you Gerber Collision and glass for having such wonderful employees with lots of class.!!!!!!!!

Brad and his crew at the Altamonte Springs, FL location went above and beyond with their customer service. I was cleaning my SUV with what I thought was a nonabrasive wipe, but it turned out I was wrong. My dealership referred me to Gerber because they did not do any body work. I called them up after leaving the dealership early on a Saturday morning with no appointment. Brad told me to come by and they would take a look. They went right to work and had my SUV looking brand new with 45 minutes. My wife was so happy, as was I. I'll definitely recommend these guys to my friends and clients. So glad to have found these guys. 5+ Star treatment. Thanks for everything!!!

It's my pleasure and privilege to say how very much I appreciate Mr. John R. and his staff in Sanford, Florida. On July 30, 2014, my new car was damaged and had to be towed to the Sanford shop. Mr. R. then arranged for it to be taken to the dealership, and for the next three weeks he worked tirelessly with the dealer to replace the engine, plus other damages. His persistence in contacting my insurance company (which was threatening to deny my claim) and his clarification of how the accident happened turned the insurance company around and they agreed to cover the claim. The level of his service and assistance during this very trying time was so far above and beyond what the average company would have done. I am so grateful and blessed to have been associated with Mr. R., and I am telling every single person I know about the extraordinary ... nature of this service.
