We could not be more pleased with the service you provided. You managed to complete the repairs, including some which were only discovered once you began, in less time than you anticipated. The repairs made the car look new again so thanks for all your efforts.

My vehicle was damaged in accident on Sat November 15th, Allstate adjuster looked at vehicle Nov 18th and it was accepted at Gerber on Nov 24th for repair. Though repairs seemed to take longer than planned the Gerber family kept me advised of the situation and repairs were completed and vehicle delivered back to me on Dec 4th looking as good as new.

Michael B. is an excellent manager. Scott M. did an excellent job on repair and painting, it looks factory perfect. I am impressed with the time service. I would highly recommend Gerber for any vehicle issues that anyone has.

It gives us great pleasure to report one of the most outstanding experiences with car repairs that we have ever had. Rob and his associates assessed the situation quickly, got us in immediately, executed within a day and a half and did a superb job. We both would recommend Gerber Collision without reservation. A salute to your business.

K.C. and his team made it almost a pleasure to have car repairs after a crash! K.C. was always kind, professional, sympathetic and informative throughout the three week process of repairing my Toyota Rav. I would give him and his team ten (10) stars, but you only gave me five(5). Kudos to the Adamo location of Gerber Collision.

This team in St.Cloud was outstanding. Took care of all the asspects of the repair from dealing directly with the insurance company to making the arrangements for my rental. I could not being to thank them for all their dedication to great customer service. The receptionist was wonderful very professional I think her name was Yadaira. The manager Mr. Rivera was great, I guess thats why this location runs a top notch operation. Should I ever need to have my car or anyone I know repaired at a collsio place I will definely recommend this location. They really know how to WOW a customer!!!!

Everyone was so professional and the work was beyond my expectations. My estimator, Tom, was awesome in keeping me updated as to when my car would be ready. I would have to say, again, that the whole staff was especially great.

Mike P. and staff provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to answer my questions and delivery a quality repair. The office staff was always pleasant and helpful whenever I telephoned or visited. I just got my car back today but I have every confidence that if I have any issues they will be addressed. Gerber Collision was one of the selections from my State Farm policy but I would use them in the future for repairs personally after my recent experience. Thanks!
