Nybia handled my account, and she was top notch! Very helpful and friendly! The entire experience way exceeded my expectations! I am so happy that my car is fixed and it looks even better than it did before I was hit! :) Very satisfied customer. I hope that I am never involved in an accident again, but if I am, I will for sure choose Gerber on Forsyth for my repairs! They are awesome!

Two weeks ago I backed into my granddaughter's Grand Cherokee and did a lot of damage to the drivers side door. Having dealt with Gerber before, I returned to get an estimate after reporting it to Travelers. Travelers accepted your estimate and Rhett Sousa went to work over seeing the project. I e-mail you just to say what a great team you have at Gerber's Collision in Tallahassee. They are all polite, professional and highly skilled in their profession. Rhett called me almost everyday just to give me an update and keep me posted on their progress. He is indeed an asset to your company and a pleasure to work with. Though I hope I do not have to visit them again, if I have a problem I will be right back at Gerbers. Thank you very much,

Patti H., general mgr. was very knowledgeable. Your auto body techs did a fabulous job matching the paint from stone damage. I was previously a body shop owner, retired, from the north. Car was returned clean. If I need anymore work of this kind I would defineity return and will also highly recommend this shop to my friends.

Awesome customer service. Ms. Ray, Mr. Rylee and Mr. Frank are great people and a pleasure doing business with. The estimate was accurate and completed faster than I could have imagined. I was given an initial repair time of around eight days but my truck was returned to me in less than 48 hours! The repairs were more than what I expected. I dropped off a wrecked truck and was returned a vehicle that look practically brand new. A+++++++++ to the entire Gerber's crew!!!! Customer service is excellent and anyone would be hard pressed to find a shot that can out-do them. Thanks again Gerber's crew!!!

Wonderful work! The scratches are totally disappeared from my bumper, it looks like a brand new bumper now, and everything was accomplished within just two days(Normally it will take 3-4 days to repair the paint) . What's more, the prior scratches on the front door are fixed as well. I appreciate their effort and serious attitude toward their work. And gerber will be my first option whenever I have any car problem.

Had the greatest experience with both of my vehicles in the last month. They were both damaged and the customer service from Melissa and the other people in the front was relaxing. I was kept up to date with any issues as well as notified when to pick up my vehicle. They also offered to have someone come pick me up and drop me back off at my home which I took up on one occasion. Hopefully I will not be back but if I must, I will bring my vehicles to the same location with the same people. Great job!
