Very professional. Knowledgable. Prompt. Friendly. Thorough. Convenient. Excellent reception, processing, check in, status calls and checkout by Robin. Very nice , clean, lobby with TV, free water and gourmet coffee. Jason, who inspected the damage and state of the car was thorough, informative and friendly. Dan, who oversaw the repairs did a beautiful, high quality, job. My car looked new. They even washed and vacuumed it! Could not be more satisfied.

Led by Darren R., Estimator, they are all an asset to Gerber Collision and Glass; and provided me with one the best examples of Customer Service I have ever experienced. After having a traumatic beginning to my planned Florida vacation, the smooth transition from collision site to collision facility was facilitated by the caring demeanor and calm professionalism of your staff; and I left this location knowing that my vehicle would be in good hands; and looking forward to the rest of my vacation week. As a fellow Customer Service professional in the Retail trade, I cannot tell you enough how impressed and self-assured I was by the almost daily text messages and phone calls I received from ... Darren, advising me of the status of my vehicle. When I finally picked it up, it was obvious that the work performed was top-notch; and in driving it the 400+ miles home, it ran like a champ. I could not have been more pleased. It was no surprise for me to receive a voice mail from Darren at the end of my journey, asking if I had made it home safely; and how the car had performed.
