Dealing with insurance companies has been a pain in my side. Dealing with Linda at Gerber was anything but that. She was helpful, straightforward and assisted me with making the best decision for me. Not only that but she helped me make sure I did not forget anything in my car as I would surely have done so had she not suggested we comb the car first. I felt very taken care of by Linda and would recommend her to others.

I don't believe I have ever been treated as well as Tom Stokes treated me as he handled my problem with my car. At a very sensitive time in my life, he was kind, sensitive, professional and very prompt in getting my car fixed. It was a pleasure working with him. He has my highest recommendation. Also, all the staff at this location was very nice.

I was very pleased with the customer service at gerber, the girls were very nice and knowledgeable. At the end there was a small misunderstanding when it came time to pick up and they went above and beyond to make me satisfied, and my truck looked amazing. I would highly recommend them for there great all around service.

He would call during the process of repairs to let us know exactly what they were doing.Scott had my rental ready for me when I dropped my vehicle off. Scott went above and beyond my expectations.
