Someone read-ended me a few months back- and I needed to get some work done. Having GEICO insurance, they recommended I take advantage of their Auto Repair Express service- where they could handle everything necessary to get my car repaired, facilitate my use of an Enterprise rental car and back on the road quickly in one place. I arrived at the Gerber location and was met by their damage assessor, the GEICO adjuster and the Enterprise agent who had a desk inside the Gerber collision center. The inspector and adjuster walked through everything with me and gave me a folder with cards for all 3 of the guys- in case I needed to contact them for any reason. The Enterprise guy had a rental there and ready to go as well- a new one with only 36 miles on it! Gerber called me a few days later to let me know my van was ready. I was amazed at the ... quality of work the Gerber folks had done- and continued to be impressed by their professionalism and personal touches. The receptionist called me by name when I entered the place- a bit surprising since it was nearly a day after they left a message my van was ready and I hadn't scheduled a time to come in. Simply put, I can't imagine the repair process going any smoother than it did with the folks at Gerber. I've remarked to a number of folks that they seemed to treat every customer as if they were their ONLY customer- and provided what I call great "Mom and Pop" customer service. Perhaps the best compliment of all might be that I had no idea they WEREN'T a "Mom and Pop"- and didn't know they were a franchise and part of a big company until a few weeks later. Many apologies and this amends my 24 Oct 14 input of 4 stars. It was a long week and I was very tired and perceived a scratch where I stated. The car needed a good wash and dry to truly see the fine work was done with no blemishes. Thanks Gerber Collision of Wesley Chapel for being there and doing the solid job you always have.

Very professional, thorough, and overall great job replacing my windshield. Ross, the gentleman that replaced the glass was excellent in explaining all that was done. I really appreciated the approach he and Gerber took, first he inspected the interior and exterior of my vehicle to record any blemishes already there. Then, he replaced the windshield at my work, called me when he completed, and then walked me through what all was done. He even took the time to remove my maintenance service sticker from the old windshield and applied it in the exact spot of the new one. The care, detail, and service provided was second to none. Thank you Ross and Gerber glass for the first-class work performed.
