Even though our car was a day late in being fixed George was on top of it explaining the reason. Other then the over spray we have in side and out the repair and paint look very good now. Ask me in two years as George said they guarantee their work. Hopefully we will not have to use Gerber again but the repair shop was clean, professional and George was very informative.

I am very happy with the work, it took longer than i thought it would but at no fault of the body shop, It was the mini cooper dealer that was slow getting the parts. But Nybia Miranda the estimator that was taking care of my cliaim kept me updated any time there was an issue about the part, she is very professional. Also the resseptionest Katherin did a great job getting all my paper work and explaining all the deatails on what was being done and when the job was complete. The body shop guys are awesome and who ever paint made my car look brand new.????????????????????????????I thank you very much .

I would recommend this Gerber store to anyone; anytime. If you want to be treated well and have your car expertly repaired I highly recommend this Gerber Collision & Glass repair facility..

we took are car there to have front end fix. they did an excellent job. i asked how to get the back of the front seat clean, and an employee went right out and cleaned it for us. i would choose them again, but hope and pray nothing happens to the vehicle. have a good day.

I am 66 years old and have had repair work done on several cars. Had 4 children and a wife all of whom have brought me a car that needed body work of some nature. Today I picked up my car from Bobby H. who is the General Manger at the Gerber location in Saint Cloud Florida. If I could give him ten stars instead of just the 5 as allowed I would. He was excellent. Did a truly professional excellent job. Always was concerned about the project. Got it done early. This experience was simply the best. Trustworthy, Courteous, Helpful, Friendly and just plain perfect! You could not ask for more.

The vehicle was left that day, the part was ordered, and it was ready for pickup the following day. Very impressed with the service I received.
