From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted by James F. with a smile and a warm welcome. Scott M. and James F. are both assets to your company. They are most professional, friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating! Not to forget Christina at your front desk (what a pleasant lady). I will be back to fix other issues with my car soon. You company is very lucky to have professionals such as these folks working for you.

From the beginning Mr. Carlos C. from Gerber Collision was very professional and he explained me everything in details. The Gerber Collision Center were very clean and neat. I was impressed with the organization and friendly environment. Carlos Cuevas, the GEICO agent and the Enterprise Lady were very attentive. They started the procedure on time. I'm very happy with Gerber Collision and definitely I will recommend it.

Seem to have been @ your Clermont Fla location on several occasions for front end & rear end collisions....The other guys fault. Have had nothing but the (BEST) service and workman ship in memory. The Lady there ''Rosa'' should be considered for President of Gerber Florida...Great Crew & Service....................

The entire staff at Gerber is awesome! From Darren to Tanya (sic?). Everyone is friendly, helpful and they all go out of the way to make sure that the customer is 100 % satisfied. Great auto body work and great cleaning of the car windows included. Highly recommended! !!!

My experience from the the beginning & at the end was very professional(Cape Coral). However, the location @ Metro Parkway had problems(this location did the work) bringing my concerns to an acceptable conclusion. Feel free to call me with any concerns or questions.

This was our initial contact after a small accident. We received prompt, friendly service from Wendy B. We received prompt friendly service on our first visit. Wendy B. was exceptionally helpful and made the process as pleasant as possible. Looking forward to dealing with her again.

Lids B. was so exceptional from beginning to end. Always keep me informed of car status. Extremely honest and trustworthy. Also a very nice person. the steering wheel had some sort residue on it that i noticed after i picked up the car but it is slowly wearing off of the steering wheel.

This was my second time having a repair at Gerber, and I have to say this was THE best experience I've had with them. Not only did they deliver my car quicker than expected, but it looked amazing! Plus, Shelley B. kept me up to date on the status of my car. She was very professional, and you could tell she was an expert at her job as she knew how to answer any questions I had. But there were little things, like mentioning to me not to wash or wax the car for 3 months due to the new paint. The packet I received with all the paperwork, coupon cards, etc. They willingness to ensure my car was taken care of and they took it upon themselves to call Enterprise rental to come pick me up.This was a fabulous experience and to me this location shines and should be looked at as an example on how to operate with high levels of customer satisfaction ... and quality. read more
