Superior customer service, Wendy Bernal, was thoughtful, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, awesome listening skills, and a deep appreciation for what me, the customer, was going through. having to run two different repair estimates, Wendy was able to provide both a cost efficient estimate and a high quality OEM estimate, both of which involved extensive research, which she preformed flawlessly. This company and location has earned a loyal customer, which due to the nature of your business I hope I wont need. If I do, I would go out of my way to bring my vehicle to Gerber and this location, I could only hope for the best person to still be working there Wendy. Thank you for putting quality time into your employees, they should make you proud, and uphold your reputation.

I can not tell you how amazing Allison was from this location. I had an impossible task of getting my fixed days before I had to move out of the State and not only did she insureme it could be done she kept me updated throughout the whole expireance. She helped me get a rental car as well. When I came to pick the car up everything that I could see and tell were perfect. I leave today and just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you Allison for helping me relax and get my car before I needed it.

AMAZING SERVICE ---Due to someone backing into the door of a 1996 Corvette that was in my charge for Mr. Sturms, I (Dyer Wiggins) decided to use your facility for the repair work. The first thing that impressed me was that an appointment was needed for the estimate and that there was a waiting time (approx. 10 days) before the work could commence. I did not take this as a negative, but rather the opposite. It is a good feeling to know that your business is in demand enough to cause this to happen. I was given an estimated time for repair of three days with the caveat that due to the age of the car and the location and degree of damage there might be a delay. It did take longer that the initial three day estimate. I was given updates almost daily from your estimator (it should say excellent customer service person on her business card). ... There was an additional set back due to delivery of the replacement door needing to have the interior components replaced and adjustments being made to facilitate the power window to function properly. I even received a call from the facility manager (Craig, I believe) in the last day or so before delivery. CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH OF A POSITIVE COMFORT LEVER YOUR TEAM BESTOWED UPON ME. If ever I need to use a repair shop or can steer any one I might come in contact with to your front door; consider it DONE.Thank you so very much for making this a fantastic customer service experience. Oh, the work was aces up as well. The car was returned clean both inside and out. Nice considering the nasty weather in this area for the time the car was in your care. read more

All personnel with whom we spoke were very friendly, courteous, professional and timely. Since we are new to the area and are Snow-Birders, we were not familiar with the available shops. Gerber was suggested by the Kia dealer. We were pleased with our initial introduction and all dealings through the completion.
