Tom S. was very professional through out the entire process. He explained the process of matching my paint and how they would fix the damage. My car was fixed in the time he estimated. A good experience all around. I just picked up my Cadillac CTS a few minutes ago.and I am pleased with the work done on my rear bumper.

Robin- other than I never got my free breakfast you promised, YOU were amazing. I was barely in the door after our accident and you were on the phone trying to help me retrieve my wife's car from the wrecker company who refused to believe I was married 20 years to the owner of the car! Robert, YOU are a CREDIT to this shop, FRIENDLY, and conscientious in keeping us posted with progress updates. Dan, in order to provide the amazing quality of work YOU must be loved by your mechanics...they brought our ""ester" back to new again. To you ALL at Gerber- St. Augustine...I hope I NEVER EVER have to see you again...because of a crash!!! But I'd love to come back once a week just to razz on Robin and Robert... Y'ALL are AWESOME!!

George and Kelly were the best, they made everything so easy I would not hesitate to go to their location again. I was actually going to go somewhere else after the appraisal but because of their customer service I decided to have the repairs done there. Keep up the good work. George made sure to keep me updated regarding the repair on my truck every step of the way, which I really appreciated.

To whom it may concern: I wanted to let you know the experience I received from Darryl H. in the Orlando OBT location. It was first class rated experience! I had a problem with my driver's side front window, which I though was broken. He ordered the parts and had me in the following day for repairs. Darryl went out of his way to provide me with excellent service. I had told me that we were at an event all week and worked the entire weekend, but had not had an opportunity to wash my vehicle from the week's event. My vehicle was muddy and dirty. To my surprise, Darryl had my vehicle washed after my window was repaired. In addition, we had discussed about my headlights needing work, as they were extremely cloudy.
