The people here were fantastic! Rob was the man, he took care of me and made sure everything went as planned. They missed a spot on my truck but were quick to take it back and fix the small dent and set me up in a rental! I will always recommend Gerber if I have a friend with auto body damage.

Gerber Collision and Glass at Park Ave sets the standard for customer service and auto collision repair. I picked up my car yesterday after being in a collison and was very pleased with the results. This is the second repair that you have done on my car in the last couple of years and the consistent professional service that you provide cant overstated. My car was ready several days prior to the promised date with excellent results. Ms. Amanda Pate is a true professional who treated me like family. I will not use anyone else for my collison/glass repair needs while I am stationed in the Navy in Jacksonville. Thank you!

I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience with Gerber Collision. I enjoyed the daily updates, kept me aware of what stage my car was in versus where it needs to go. Everyone that I came in contact with were all very pleasant. Jennifer M., who was my key contact through this full process was absolutely wonderful. She even managed to have my car delivered as promised, even though an hour earlier I was expecting an extra day. SInce we had such a good experience a few years ago with some collision repair at this facility I brought my newly purchased Jaguar there to have them look at some scratches on the body. They took it right in and within 15 minutes I had my car back with all the scratches buffed out. They refused payment for this. Linda and the manager were both very friendly and professional as was the office staff. I fully expected to pay for this kind of work and was very impressed that they felt there was no need to do so. I hope I don't need their services again but if so, will definitely return to have any autobody repair done.
