The entire staff at Gerber is awesome! From Darren to Tanya (sic?). Everyone is friendly, helpful and they all go out of the way to make sure that the customer is 100 % satisfied. Great auto body work and great cleaning of the car windows included. Highly recommended! !!!

Lids B. was so exceptional from beginning to end. Always keep me informed of car status. Extremely honest and trustworthy. Also a very nice person. the steering wheel had some sort residue on it that i noticed after i picked up the car but it is slowly wearing off of the steering wheel.

This was my second time having a repair at Gerber, and I have to say this was THE best experience I've had with them. Not only did they deliver my car quicker than expected, but it looked amazing! Plus, Shelley B. kept me up to date on the status of my car. She was very professional, and you could tell she was an expert at her job as she knew how to answer any questions I had. But there were little things, like mentioning to me not to wash or wax the car for 3 months due to the new paint. The packet I received with all the paperwork, coupon cards, etc. They willingness to ensure my car was taken care of and they took it upon themselves to call Enterprise rental to come pick me up.This was a fabulous experience and to me this location shines and should be looked at as an example on how to operate with high levels of customer satisfaction ... and quality. read more

Thank you BK!! I am truly impressed! BK is an outstanding representative of Gerber Collision. I am always a little apprehensive going to get any type of car work done and cautious of being "taken advantage of". From the first call, through the estimate, drop off and final pick up, BK was professional and reassuring. I hope I don't have to come back again soon :) , but if I ever need body shop repairs or glass repairs, Gerber will be my first choice. Thank you BK!!

My car was hit in the same spot two years apart and the first time another repair shop fixed it. Gerber did such an excellent job and blew that other repair shop out of the water. My steering wheel, levers, brakes all feel like new and the entire car looks like it did when I first bought it. If I ever have any trouble with my car they will be the first place I call.
