Jonathan M. was my estimator on our recent repair. I can honestly say that the service he provided was outstanding. I have never had an individual at a body shop that was so service oriented. He literally called me daily giving me updates on the repair and estimated completion date. The job was excellent from top to bottom, and the work was completed prior to the original estimated completion date. Again, Jonathan M. was outstanding- I will use your company again and will refer others.

After a collision, my car was beautifully restored by Gerber. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Denise D., Gerber's Estimator on my claim, was fabulous. She made the process as painless as possible. I valued her warmth and calm demeanor, as well as her expertise and professionalism. Gerber had been recommended to me by literally everyone, and I will do the same!

This was my first experience at Gerber and I can say it was a great one. Derek helped me from start to finish and answered every question I had along the way. I'm not saying I want another accident but if it happens I know where to take it. Thank you for making this process effortless.

Overall very satisfied with the job done by Gerber Collision and Glass. Had used them before as The Recovery Room. Detailed and clear written estimate was given. Job was scheduled for 5 days and was completed in 2. Very courteous staff. And from the number of vehicles over flowing the parking lot, others must trust their repairs to them also. Highly recommended and very convenient location for me.
