Amy helped me at both the Forsyth and Amelia locations. She was very friendly, quick and helpful. She even gave me a ride to work after dropping my car off at the shop. It took a few days to get the part in that I needed for some minor body repair but once it was in the shop my car was done in just a few hours, which was great. All in all, I would certainly use Gerber again and would recommend them to others.

I had the pleassure (yes, pleasure!) of visiting Gerber Collison & Glass in Sanford today to get a repair estimate on my car. Tire Kingdom, where I get my car serviced, recommend them to me - and I'm so glad they did! John R, the general manager, assisted me and was very polite and professional and handled my request promptly. This facility was very clean and the waiting room was comfortable. The receptionist (unfortunately, I cannot remember her name) was very professional and polite as well and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and offered me a refreshment. Fortunately, my repair was minor and John took care of it immediately with no cost which I grately appreciated. I was very impressed with this facility and will certainly go back should the need arise. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone needing body ... work. I saw a car they had just completed the repairs on and it looked as though it had just come off the showroom floor. It was beautiful. A great testament to their quality of work. From being around the paint and body business in the past. I have to tell you this shop was exceptional. From the way they fixed my car to the way they all treated me in the office. The manager Brun was excellent! He was very attentive to my concerns, he was very polite, and treated me very professionally. I personally recommend this body shop for your repairs and give it a A+. P.S, One more thing, David F the body man that fixed our car, I have to say your the best! My wife was very happy when she got her car back. Thanks again to everyone at Gerber in Deland Florida!

Everyone that we encountered at this location were fantastic. We received professional and friendly service. Patrick was very efficient in communicating with us during every phase of the process, especially as unexpected things came up due to the damage with the car. We got our car back 4 days earlier than expected and it looked better than we had anticipated. The work done seemed to be above and beyond what we thought we would have done. This was the first time we have gone thru this process and it was handled well and beyond expectation. I am so pleased with everything that I will be recommending this location to others.
