My experience with gerber GLASS and COLLISION was excellen t and professional from the time I made my appointment until I was handed the keys to my car today! I was greeted by my Estimator Jonathon M who thoroughly explained the estimating and repair process. I also met with the General Manager Fred J who assured me that the claims process and repair would be done as soon as possible and it was reassuring to speak with both gentlemen. The time they spent with me meant so much. This was my first time in an accident and the professionalism and thoughtfulness of Mr. Mathews is greatly appreciated. I have already told USAA of my positive experience and will recommend gerber!

Great experience from receptionists thru pick-up. Aaron S was professional, caring and informative. They even gave me a ride home after dropping off my vehicle. Jose was extraordinarily pleasant & polite. Kept me informed as to the status of the repair. Thought my car looked better than when I bought it. Would recommend this location without hesitation.

I was referred to Gerber Collision by an insurance company to fix my car after an accident. They sent a tow truck to my home to pick my car up and bring it to their shop. I was called at least a few times per week to get updates on my car. They let me know everything, step by step. They informed my rental service as well and allowed me to bring it to their shop to be picked up. I received my car back around the initial date they told me from day one. A big thanks to Riley for helping me through this process!!

Amy helped me at both the Forsyth and Amelia locations. She was very friendly, quick and helpful. She even gave me a ride to work after dropping my car off at the shop. It took a few days to get the part in that I needed for some minor body repair but once it was in the shop my car was done in just a few hours, which was great. All in all, I would certainly use Gerber again and would recommend them to others.
