This is the second time I have sent my truck to Gerber after an automobile accident. I had such a good experience last year after bringing my truck to Gerber, that I will never again go anywhere else. Just as I expected, Gerber was every bit as good and professional as they were last time. Every employee I spoke with treated me with the utmost respect at all times, and took ample time out of their schedules to explain everything in detail and make sure I had no additional questions. I would like to take a moment and once again thank Josh, who was the consummate professional in every way; and there is no one I would trust more with my vehicles. From the friendly and understanding voices of the receptionists and customer service personnel, to the knowledgeable and compassionate mechanics; Gerber once again took what was a very difficult ... situation for me , and turned it into a much easier and exponentially less stressful experience. I also cannot help but mention the fact that I am disabled and have a lot of difficulty moving around, especially after an accident. Josh and Melissa have each consistently gone out of their way to make sure that I had every available accommodation, and that I was as comfortable as possible. The customer service here is second to none, and I am exceptionally grateful for the classy and respectful way that they do business. It is difficult enough after a bad accident, and the wonderful employees at the W. Tennessee St. Gerber Collision & Glass go above and beyond to make the whole ordeal the least painful as possible. The entire staff at this office was friendly and helpful. Tom S. was totally awesome! I was rear ended and it was the other persons insurance company that paid for everything. Tom was helpful, courteous, and very down to earth. Everything was taken care of for me including leaving the rental car. And he went out of his way to let me know that my car, while older is obviously well taken care of and in excellent shape. This shop and these people made a horrible experience so much better and I would and already have highly recommended them.

Excellent service, friendliest staff. It was my very first time in an accident and going to a repair shop. They walked me step by step in what needed to be done and answered all my questions. I had a great experience with them. I also loved the text messages that informed me about the status of my vehicle. 5+ stars with VIP treatment. Definitely would come back.

Due to the fact that I apparently have a car that is a collision magnet, I have now been to Gerber on South Westshore 4 times in the last 2 years. I keep going back to them because they are awesome. Their communication is second to none, the work quality is excellent, and they are by far the fastest auto body shop I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I hope I do not have to go back ever again, but if I do, it will definitely be there. As a general manager of a business with five locations in the Tampa Bay area, I speak from experience when I say you all have a wonderful team down there. They seem to work very well together and do a solid job with customer service and satisfaction.

I was very pleased with the work of Gerber Collision. They communicated more than I would have expected on the repair of my vehicle and had it ready when stated. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected surgery and they gave me additional time to get the vehicle. When I continued to have a problem picking up the car due to complications, they brought it home to me. Now that's fabulous customer service!!
