This is the 2nd time I have chosen Gerber to repair minor damage on my car and they are ALWAYS prompt, VERY curteous and friendly, and very caring and take very good care of your vehicle! The repairs are phenomenal and I wouldn't go anywhere else if i needed car repairs again! I highly recommend them!!!

Absolutely amazing in all areas. My brand new car got hit and I was skeptical to say the least about if they could make it like factory new again. Angel was the agent I delt with for the most part. But everyone there was super helpful and friendly. The text message updates were great, I felt comfortable and informed. I got my car back yesterday and WOW they did an outstanding job. They took the time to go over the car with me and was super attentive to my concerns and preferences. I'll definitely be taking any of my cars if in need of body work back to Gerber Collision on S. OBT in the future. I would even go as far to say these guys are the best in the business.attention to detail was spot on, I have no complaints! Big thanks to the team of Gerber Collision!!!

Frank started the process with a Saturday morning appointment, was courteous and professional. Explained process with insurance, estimates, etc. Felt well taken care of. Returned to drop off vehicle during the week and Jonathan M. took over the process and went into more detail as to time to repair, what would happen if additional damage found beyond the bumper. He advised about rental car agency on premises as well. Jonathan called and sent text message with updates, stayed on top of expectations and I didn't feel I needed to call to track anyone down for status. Picked up vehicle once all additional damages were found and corrected, and they washed the vehicle! Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend him and Gerber in Valrico to my friends.

Manolito R. (Manny) was extremely helpful with the whole process. He kept in touch during the repair. I also had an unrelated mechanical issue and both Manny and Bob, the manager, helped me to arrange for that to be fixed so I could get he car out of the shop when they were done. GREAT REPAIR JOB also.
