Omg! This was my first time using this business. I was so impress with Tom's knowledge with this type of business. He taught me so much about how a repair and paint of a vehicle is done. He knows his line of work and is amazing. The facility is spotless and I will highly recommend them. Awesome staff with great customer service! We are impressed with the staff's professionalism and their kindness! Jaime did an excellent job of assisting us with every step of the auto body work and communicated clearly about the process and progress of the repair. Britt H was my estimator/contact, Britt handled our collision repair in the most professional and friendly manner. I felt a trust and confidence that all would be repaired at very high standard. I chose Gerber over the Insured Driver's location because I trust my Insurance co over theirs (USAA) , USAA trusts Gerber, so I do as well.... Thank you Britt H and Staff

Rae and Ed were of great assistance. Rae took a look at my car and knew exactly what I needed to get back in the road again. In a very short time, I got my car back and they didn't even charge me. They just wanted to make sure I was able to get back on the road safely. Fantastic service! Will come back if I ever needed to!

I was absolutely amazed at the speed (less than 1 week) of my accident repair (front fender, wheel, etc.) & the incredible workmanship. One would be hard pressed to see that there had been any damage to my vehicle. I commend the customer service I received by all personnel but most especially by George B. He explained everything clearly, pleasantly & professionally. I just recently recommended a friend, looking for an estimate regarding her car, to the Deland shop. I will be more than happy to continue recommending others to Gerber Collision. They made what was an unpleasant situation after my accident, much easier than I would've expected. Thank you so very much for a job well done!

I had been scheduled with another company in Orange Park to make repairs and they kept giving me delays on doing the work. I called Gerber, they scheduled me to come in the next day to get an estimate, contacted the insurance company and had the job reassigned to them, and then scheduled to get my SSR repaired for 2 days later. The job was fantastic. They also cleaned my truck and had it looking showroom quality. Wendy B.was fantastic. Because of her and the entire team there, I am taking in my other 2 vehicles to have minor dents repaired.
