My whole experience was extraordinary. While I hadn't had an accident in 25 years, I wasn't looking forward to the repair process. Fortunately my insurance company referred me to Gerber. My estimator Tom did an extraordinary job and the work was done in one day instead of the expected three! The work was seamless and the service superlative!

I am very impressed with the staff and efficient service I received. Tim took care of me when I came for my appt and let me know it would be about 2 days. We scheduled the following Monday, the desk agent was quick in calling Entreprise for someone to pick me up. I received a call on Tuesday early afternoon to let me know my Versa Note was ready and made the arrangements to go and pick it up. The paperwork was ready and they not just washed my little car but vacuumed it also. They get 10++ from me. They made my day!

I am very impressed with Gerber Collision's work on my car and their communication with me through the entire process. Britt was very helpful and always friendly. He kept me up to date throughout the week about when my parts would be in and then to let me know when I would get my car back. They finished within one week! He even delivered my car to my home and took the rental back to Enterprise. Thank you Britt and all at Gerber Collision!
