Brian B. was extremely personable and made our experience getting the front of my car replaced a stress free one. He went above and beyond to help my husband and myself to get our car repaired in a timely manor, and he worked amicably with our insurance company. Brian is very professional. He stayed after hours to work with us and he was always friendly and helpful. I will gladly return to Gerber in the future and send friends to Gerber because of Brian B.

Gerber repaired body damage to my car a little over 2 weeks ago and I was very pleased with the workmanship, quality, and timeliness of the service. The estimator, Mr. Timothy G. displayed an absolute knowledge of what needed to be repaired or replaced. Mr. G. was very professional, and that manner is a credit to himself and a reflection on Gerber. I have no question that if myself, or others I know need the type of service Gerber provides I will not hesitate to recommend your company, or use your services again.

Outstanding service! Tom was an excellent representative for Gerber as he was ready and willing to assist me with an estimate and recommendations. I had minor damage and Tom was able to get me in the very next day, provided transportation between my home and Gerber and kept me up to date on the status of my repairs. The cost of repairs was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Gerber to others.

Between a hurricane threat and long weekend, I still my car back in less than a week! Body work and frame work, detailed and lovely! The price was more than fair. We will definitely be returning for other work.

Someone backed into my 2005 Ford Hundred in the rear passenger side and knocked the bumper out place. I went to Gerber for an estimate for repair. Estimator Timothy G. assessed the damage. He snapped the bumper back in place and got rid of the other cars paint scratch. When I asked what I owed for this service I was told "0". This amazed me in light of greed there is in society today. Tim would not even accept a tip. As an 78 year old senior this renewed my faith in society. I will not hesitate to highly recommend my friends and neighbors to Gerber for their needs. Incredible customer service! They kept me posted through the whole process. Warm welcome from second I stepped in the door. Very professional and courteous people. I would highly recommend! Derek the manager was very through and runs an efficient shop. Also, Rosa kept me informed every few days of the status of my car repair. I give them an A+++ Car looks brand new! Gerber collision and glass did a fantastic job repairing my front bumper. It only took a day to actually install the bumper but they took the extra time and care to wash and QC my car. They made sure I had a rental car while they worked on mine. There customer service was above and beyond. They made me feel very comfortable leaving my car in there hands. They explained everything very clearly and made the entire process simple. I will most defiantly be coming back (If I ever need to).
