I had such a great experience with the Melbourne, Fl Hibiscus location. Being a single woman you get hesitant about bringing your car any place because you feel you are going to get ripped off. This place is like a family place, they make you feel at ease from Fran at the front desk to Justin the Estimator. The work is top notch and looks as good as new. The work was done on time, and if I ever had another problem I wouldn't hesitate to return to this establishment in Melbourne.

When the "at fault" insurance company arranges for the repair I was at first skeptical. But not only did Gerber fix the damage, they touched up other areas on the auto not involved in the accident at no charge and washed, vacuumed and, it appears, detailed my entire car! A welcome surprise!
