I have never received the kind of wonderful service that I received from the USAA Gerber rep Britt H. I received regular updates and my truck repairs were excellent. My truck was ready as promised (2 days early). I recommend Gerber for anyone, and no, I don'the work for Gerber

I recently had my car repaired, which they did an excellent repair job. After picking up the car I noticed a foul odor. They told me to bring it back right away as they were very concerned. After much investigation, including getting Wesley Chapel Toyota involved, they had a sub-contractor come in and remove the dash and carpeting. There under the passenger side carpet they discovered much mold and mildew. Upon further investigation they found A/C component parts rusted. It was Bill R. G.M. opinion that this had existed before they ever received the car, and more than likely existed when I picked up the car 2 months earlier, and putting it through the baking paint process activated the mold. As of now I am in negotiations and discussions with SE Toyota as to this problem existing when I picked up the car. Regardless, if it had not been ... for Bill and Britt H.expertise and concern for customer satisfaction, I would never had discovered this problem. This could have led to severe health problems for me. I am writing commending Bill and Britt on their sincere concern for me. They went over and above what they were required of since this existing condition of my vehicle was not their responsibility. They have offered to completely restore my car to factory condition, not to mention they have furnished me with a rental car all while this has been going on at no charge to me.They are are outstanding representatives and an asset of Gerber. Hopefully all will be resolved to my satisfaction, and I will owe it all to Gerber and Bill and Britt and their outstanding highly qualified staff. What a great company. Hopefully I won't need them again, but they can count on my business in the future if needed. And I will highly recommend them. read more

Greeted as soon as I entered the door. Then exceptional white glove service after. Britt took care of me and walked me through the entire process. The repair process was seamless and even after finding supplemental damage I was kept informed the whole time via phone calls and text. Truly a 10star shop. Thank you sooo much.
