Super impressed with the professionalism of the customer service as well as the quality of the repair. Justin very patiently answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns prior to the service. The fact that anything had even happened to our left rear bumper was imperceptible after the work was complete. The "bonus" of detailing was also a nice touch.

I could not have had a more pleasurable experience getting my car repaired. Nybia was on top of her game the entire time. She called me and updated the progress of my car every day she told me she would. She is obviously very good at her job, it definitely shows. Britney at the front desk was excellent and professional, greeting me with a smile every time i saw her. She helped me feel relaxed and that my concerns was her top priority.
