Excellent customer service - polite and professional. Great attention to details of the repair and willingness to make a final adjustment on the alignment of the lift gate and a cleaning of some tape residue on the back window. Thank you for addressing these concerns to my satisfaction. It was done so with an apology and quick response to "making it right" while I waited. I would recommend Gerber Collision without hesitation.

I want to start saying that Gerber was not the place I first though of when I was looking for a place to repair my car. I had to do the estimate there because USAA required me to get a quote from the first. After talking to Amy, I felt safe to get the work there. The customer service was excellent and the work was flawless. It only took a day to repair my vehicle and I couldn't be happier to have picked Gerber to do the work. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made the whole experience very positive. The car looks great and they also did an amazing job at cleaning it when I picked it up.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service that I received! I dropped off my car at 7:30 a.m. to have my front bumper repainted due to cosmetic damage and eight hours later, my car is ready. They even washed and vacuumed my car. Very impressive service!! Although I hope I never have to use their services again (for obvious reasons), I would most definitely use them again if I needed bodywork done. If I know of somebody who needs their services, I will most definitely recommend them. Thanks to this service location for a wonderful experience!
