The service was exceptional, from the receiving desk to the work being done. I was very pleased. Justin is very customer friendly and so is the rest of the staff that I had contact with. I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to my friends if they should ever need some work on their cars. I am not wishing that they crash their car though! Lol!!!

Rosa P. and the entire team were a pleasure to work with! This was the only easy part with regards to my accident. They were so friendly and finished it a day earlier. I would recommend them to ANYONE! What a fabulous customer service environment. I wish more companies would follow suit. I must also say THANK YOU - as not only did they clean my ridiculously dirty car but they also fixed my left turn signal!! (it was on hyper flash mode for some reason and I didn't say a word about it) You guys are awesome and love that attention to detail! Cross my fingers that I don't have to experience another car wreck, but if I do - I will be back!! Thanks again~

I felt comfortable getting my car serviced here from the moment the phone was picked. I was greeted by someone pleasant who made sure to squeeze me in on short notice. Often I feel out of my comfort zone when it comes to fixing my car because I am as clueless as it gets when it comes to that stuff. But when I went into Gerber, they made me feel welcomed and were very upfront and clear with what needed to be done and what the cost was. Scheduling, and ever rescheduling was made easy and painless. When I did make it in to have worked on, it took less time than an oil change. Thanks guys! I will certainly be coming back if I need any repairs in the future.

Tom S. was very professional and made time for our questions even though he was extremely busy. Deland Nissan recommended Gerber in Deland even though there was a closer one near our home. I am glad I went to Deland Gerber. They did an excellent job and they were efficient. I got my truck back in 2 days.

I want to thank George,Brun,Tom,and Jonathan for the great job on my truck. Only too three days to repair and paint. Other quotes were very vague as to when it would be ready. I am a first time Gerber customer and would refer them to all my friends. I was amazed that everybody at the shop were professionals at what they do and only have the customer's best interest on their minds. Thanks for the great service.

The customer service was very professional. I work in guest service industry for over 20yrs so I notice way to much. I received phone calls telling me the progress (communication is key). My car was finished very quickly and the paint matched which probably was my main concern. The only thing I noticed since I only had one headlight housing replaced is that I had bright white bulbs and the new housing had stock bulbs. (I only noticed at night so have not said anything) Still, not a huge problem and everything else was done very very well. Staff was courteous the whole way through, Thank you
