FL - 805 E Hibiscus Blvd, Melbourne - 12/17/15

Getting into a car accident is worse than going to the dentist! Then, you have to place yourself between your insurance company, their insurance company and selecting an auto body shop to get it fixed. Well, I was surprised by the positive customer service at the Melbourne shop from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Fran, administrative person, who introduced me to Justin, estimator, and then to Richard, general manager, who all teamed up to put my car back together again on time, on budget. I don't want to be in another accident, but if I do, I'll go back to Gerber.

Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and made me feel confident that my car would be treated as if one of them owned it. I was kept in the loop the entire time they had my car. Car turned out like new and the concern over my satisfaction was genuine. I would feel good about recommending Gerber to any of my friends that needed any type of collision repair.

Appointment for estimate was given quickly. Shawn knew I was coming for an estimate and prepared the estimate quickly. The work was done in a timely manner. More was required than initially thought (which Shawn had informed me was a possibility). The damaged parts were saved to show me what had happened. Fran in the office had the bill prepared and was most polite on the phone. We are very pleased with the work done.

I had an AMAZING experience with the Gerber Collision crew! Darren is a good man, he told me what they were gonna do and they did just that, I was told I would get updates twice a week and that's exactly what I received. When I first called I had NO idea of what I was doing and Brittany at the front desk assured me that they would take care of me and that everything would be okay and it was. She is super, super sweet. Not to mention the EXCELLENT job they did on my vehicle it was like I got her brand new all over again! Thank you, Thank you Gerber Collision for making my life stress free and would definitely be back (I hope not in that situation) but definitely be the first people I recommend for someone else in need. Keep up the awesome job Gerber Collision Team!

WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! Can I give 10 stars!!?? If you ever need a collision repair this is the place to go!! Right from the start the staff was outstanding and did their best to please. Rob wanted to do everything in his power to repair my "baby" as if it were new. Virginia is so very pleasant on the phone as well in person! They repaired my car and it looks just like nothing ever happened! I am so pleased! I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass on Gilliam Lane in Tallahassee, FL. Thank you for doing a superb job!!

Really nice people. Very efficient operation. Made the Insurance/collision estimate procedure go very easy and fast. They could not believe that I wanted to walk to and from the rental car facility and they tried to give me a ride.
