I am from Canada and visit the Florida many times a year and have never experienced the service I received from Jonathan. WOW! We are in our seventies and believe me when I tell you that Gerber has impressed us tremendously! I, Marcia Matulia, an accident the evening of 2/18/2016. Spoke to State Farm. Arrived at our Gerber Location the morning of 2/19. I was greeted by a great representative, had all the information ready. Called Hertz for the Rental. I was treated so kindly and efficiently that I knew I was in good capable experienced hands. They contacted us quickly as to the estimate to repair and time needed to repair. They sent texts daily to keep us informed as to progress, setting our minds at ease. Dealing with Sam H. was a great pleasure. He explained everything very well and promised to have my car repaired in no more than one weeks time. It was completed a day ahead of schedule. Also the receptionist was excellent to work with. I thought having the car repaired would be a big hassle but as I soon found out I never knew having a car repaired would be so easy.
