The work and the customer service were BOTH outstanding. Family-run business that hasn't forgotten about quality workmanship or caring for your neighbors. My car looks like it was never damaged, and they even found a part that another body shop said I couldn't get replaced. They helped me with logistics, as I live in another city, and kept me up-to-date with the progression of the repair. I will definitely recommend Gerber on Gilliam Ln to my friends and family!

I worked with your Estimator Tom S. Tom has excellent communication skills and explained in detail just how the car would be brought back to original condition. In addition he provided a detailed cost analysis of the repair and spent time going over this analysis line by line. The car was repaired to my satisfaction. I would recommend Gerber!!
