This was the second opportunity I have had to utilize your services, and am not disappointed. Jeremy, our coordinator, was excellent. In the beginning he explained the process throughly, and subsequently kept me well informed throughtout. The "work" was excellent, and I was very pleased with the results. Drop off and pick up went well .... the office staff functioned very efficiently.

WOW!! What service! They said they could make collision repairs to my vehicle in 1 day and it was ready to pickup, shining like new, in less than 24 hours. Personnel were attentive to our needs and did a fabulous job. , If we ever do need collision repair or auto glass replacement in the future, we will surely call them again. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gerber Collision.

I highly recommend this location. This is my first experience having a vehicle repaired after an accident. Thankfully it was a very positive one. Patrick provided customer service above and beyond my expectations. He sent text messages to keep me updated on the status of the repair. The car was returned as good as new, earlier than expected and cleaner than when I left it there. They even provided a lifetime guarantee of the repairs.
