I was impressed with the cleanliness of the location. I was also impressed with reception I received from Janet. Kerurig coffee was great. Dave made me feel I was in very professional hands. He made confident about the quality of work to be done on my damaged Lexus and assured me my car would be kept clean and free of sanding dust. Dave said he would call me twice a week to update the status of may and he did. Dave and Janet far exceeded my expectations as to the type of service I would receive from a body shop. Gerber Collision and Glass is an exceptional professional managed and customer oriented business. Kudos to the management that fosters this environment. Not knowing Gerber Collision, I was apprehensive at first about bringing my car there for auto body work. The estimator, Nybia M. won me over completely. She was friendly, thorough, conscientious, and followed through on what she said she was going to do. As long as you keep Nybia around, I'll be coming back and referring Gerber to anyone I know who needs body work.

I'd like to start off with the fact that this place has the best customer service! I was extremely nervous since I've never heard of Gerber, but they assured me that I was in good hands. The bodywork was flawless, and they cleaned my car inside and out! They also finished before the predicted date. I am extremely satisfied and my car looks brand new! Thanks guys!
