Unfortunately, having to have damaged fixed after a collision is never fun, but after seeing many positive reviews on a local town website, I took my car for repair to Gerbers in Clermont, Fl. They certainly turned a misfortunate accident into a positive and actually pleasant experience, by taking good care of me AND my car. My car turned out awesome. You would NEVER know that it had body work done. I would definitely recommend if anyone needed body work done, Gerber collision is the place to go. Thanks Gerber Collision!

Kyle provided me with the best service (and the only pleasurable auto body experience) I have ever encountered. Unfortunately, I have been to more auto body's than I would like to admit in my life time and I will now be recommending everybody I know to Gerber Collision in Orlando. I can't recommend Kyle's service enough. My car went in the shop with considerable damage and was supposed to take two weeks to fix (atleast). From the moment I dropped my Nissan off, he explained exactly what would be done and answered my barrage of questions thoroughly. I left feeling like I was in good hands-- and the service only continued. -Kyle called me regularly to check in and give me updates as to what was going on with my vehicle. (I wasn't left guessing as to what was going on, NOT ONCE) -I got my car back over a week before it was supposed to be ... done -Kyle and team had completely cleaned, vacuumed, and basically detailed my entire vehicle (INSIDE AND OUT) -Upon pickup, Kyle thoroughly explained everything that had been done, thanked me for my service, and sent me on my way -He dealt directly with my insurance company the whole time, and I didn't have to play the middle man like I had in the past - When the bumper was taken off there was additional damage to the frame which Kyle and team handled accordingly and still got my vehicle back to me in half the time it was supposed to take! (SAVING me a considerable amount of money on my rental fees!) I can't thank Kyle and the Team enough! Thanks a bunch! read more
