Superb customer service from drop off through pick up. Terry is an excellent communicator. He kept us informed of progress by phone, documented repairs with photos, and explained repairs in detail at pickup. Jean calmly and quickly organized our paperwork, explaining each sheet.The repairs were excellent. Our Kia Soul looks perfect. The car wash and vacuum was a nice touch.

Definitely 5 stars. The employees were professional and exhibited a happy persona. The rear bumper repair reflects skilled workmanship. A very pleasant surprise was the detailing done on the interior of the vehicle. My 2003 Lexus ES 300 looks almost new both inside and out. Thank you Gerber Collision.

Had truck peeling paint issues, they refinished quickly and did great job. that was 6 months ago (still looks great). Recently had them do some repainting on my Harley and they were meticulous with the job, very pleased. I had some previous work done by another "high end" paint shop and results were not near as good. Have recommended Gerber to several friends.

Dave L., & Jean H. were awesome! Great service and very professional from start to finish. I even went back by a week afterwards for a follow up question and they continued the customer care after job was completed. And the work the techs did with my pearl paint was outstanding I would take another vehicle there without a second thought.

We have had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Robert and Rebecca from Gerber Collision. Our son was in a minor car accident, and from start to finish, this company handled our repair with the utmost professionalism. In a world where customer service can sometimes be lacking, I always knew what was going on with the car and received frequent updates and follow up. The valet service was the most convenient aspect of the entire process. Between our insurance company and Gerber Collision, we didn't have to do a thing. Even down to scheduling our rental car and the pick and delivery of our vehicle, all was coordinated on our behalf. The car was delivered to us repaired and courtesy detailed. Thank you so much Gerber, I will definitely be recommending you to everyone!

I was treated very well by Nybia M. and Brittany. I did have an issue when I picked up my car. The alignment was not done, so I had to take the car back. My car is still making a noises when I drive slow and turn. It sounds like a grind and pounding. I took it to Sport Mazda and they only could clean the r&r behind the plate. Other than that my car seems to be driving fine.

Jose and the team at Gerber Collision on US 301 in Tampa are fantastic. I had a fender bender in my 2014 Honda Accord, and was not looking forward to process of getting it fixed. Gerber Collision made it a pleasure. Gerber Collision is the FIRST place I would recommend for Auto Body Work. Customer Service was excellent, they kept me in the loop, work was fast. My Honda looks fantastic. Thanks for Wowing this satisfied customer. Nice to work with a Company and Team of folks who Care. :-)

I had the distinct pleasure in getting some minor scratch work buffed out recently at your center on Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, by a person named Mike T. This gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist me in fixing this scratch work on my two week old brand new Camry. I most certainly appreciated his concerns, and his quick response to my frustrating dilemma. I would highly recommend your service center, and especially Mr. Towns for any repair work in the future. My hats off to him. You definitely get 5 stars in my book.
