Jonathan A. took great care of me during the extremely stressful situation of hurting my dream car. He was the perfect representative for Gerber. A big thanks to him. An equally large thanks to the team who worked on my 350z and restored it as close to original as any body shop could. Now that it's back from the grave, I can honestly say it drives as well as the moments leading up to the accident, and looks as good to boot. Thank you Gerber!

I was in an accident and Gerber was one of my options of places to go to get my car repaired. I am so glad I decided to take my car to them. Everything about this shop is fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was updated by email every day informing me of where they were at in the process of repairing my car. They also sent me pictures of my car throughout the process. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone needing to get their car repaired.

Mr. C. went over the estimate I received from Allstate and made recommendations for the repair. I had the repairs done today and everyone in the office was very friendly. Mr. C. told me that I would be able to wait for the service and he said it would take about an hour and it was done in 40 minutes. I highly recommend going back in the future if repairs are needed on my vehicle.

We've had the pleasure of dealing with this group on two separate occasions. Initially, I brought my Infiniti M35 in for minor body (clean up) work and the respraying of both bumpers. Met your GM Derek H. and he knows his stuff. His frequent updates were very much appreciated, and the car was done when promised. It's a 2008, and literally looked like new. Most recently, we damaged the tailgate of our Dodge Ram and it needed to be replaced. Again, great receptionist work, had the tailgate removed on a Tuesday and it was done that Friday. Just as promised. VERY happy with how this turned out as well, and Derek was top notch. We've taken every opportunity to recommend this shop, as the folks doing the work are obviously very qualified. The tech even waited to put the pinstripes on when I brought the truck back for the install, just so he ... could match them up perfectly. Sometimes it's the little things that matter, and your folks take great care in that. Customer for life, and happy that we have this option in small town Clermont. read more
