Great service through the entire process. They quickly evaluated the damage to my car, explained how it needed to be repaired, how long it would take and helped arrange my rental car. Leah updated me on the progress every few days and it was ready when I arrived. And the car looks brand new!

Brian B was outstanding. He never over promised on work to the car or for compensation when a hick up arrived. When problems arose with my car, He came to me with two or three different solutions to the problem and he was flexible when those solutions didn't fit my needs. If I need car work done again, I will pick Gerber and I'll insist on working with Brian.

The service was excellent from the employees with Gerber all the way to Enterprise renter car. I was thoroughly impressed with the speed of the initial meeting to the time I picked up my vehicle. Very fast and easy having everything centrally located. Highly recommended. George was great. Being a fellow veteran myself and speaking and chatting with George, his professionalism with his job and his service for our country really shines. I applaud this company for hiring Veterans and will surely recommend.

Gerber always does such an amazing job. After getting hit several times in the past they never cease to impress with all the repairs. We purchased a new vehicle that had some minor scratches and chips, and Gerber once again did a magnificent job. Gerber is very good with keeping customers updated on the steps and progress. The estimates given were clear and concise, the work performed was absolutely excellent and at the end of my experience I felt liker I was "one of the family'. Jessica and Mark are both outstanding employees and are well deserving of the high praise they received from me. You have great people at this location.
