This was the most positive car repair experience that I have ever had. The entire process with Gerber was so smooth sailing and far exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the administrative assistant, Kelly to the claim handler, Terry, to the service managers Brun and John were very professional. T.J., the gentleman I dealt with for both the estimate and repair/pickup was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process and met my expectations nicely. I wanted to thank everyone at Gerber for their incredible work and service! Everyone in the office was very courteous and helpful. All of my phone calls were answered throughout the process and the staff called me with updates. The appraisal of damage was done professionally and everything was explained to me. When I picked up my 2012 Camry, not only did the section of the car that was repaired look brand new, my car was washed and courtesy mats were put down on the floors! This was my second experience with Gerber, and I had chosen to go back based on the service I received last year when I had another car worked on. I would highly recommend them!
