I just wanted to extend my gratitude to BK. I had a major issue with my insurance company which stated that I had no rental coverage. I was told that there was a certain part that was needed and no real time frame for arrival.. This could have been very costly for me BK and the crew were able to remedy the situation and save me a great deal of money. I recommend Gerber to anyone who wants to be treated with professionalism and care.

State Farm referred me to Gerber Collision and I'm glad they did. I would never have imagined that dealing with a body shop could be so hassle-free and, in fact, pleasant. Bruce wrote up my estimate & from there scheduled the work & kept me posted as to the progress of the repairs. My car was delivered to me right on schedule & in showroom condition. All of the people I encountered at Gerber were especially courteous & helpful including Bruce, Lisa, Brett, Justin, Mark & Missy. If I could, I would give Gerber more than 5 stars!

I want to let you know about the wonderful experience I had with Gerber. Shelley B (Estimator) and her team did a fantastic job in repairing my car. Three things stand out the most and will never forget: #1: I had a strap holding down my trunk when I brought the car in and all my friends had a bet that I wouldn't get that back, It was right on the passenger floorboard when I picked it up along with the rag that I used to protect the paint! #2: When I dropped the car off I completley cleaned it out but apparently when Gerber did I final cleanup of the car they found a $5 bill and the put it in my center console! #3: I know this is a small one but really showed me how much Gerber respects and handles clients vehicles. When I got into the car for the first time when I picked it up, My drivers seat wasn't adjusted at all. It fit like a glove ... just like I left it! These three things really made my experience at Gerber extra special. I received updated texts throughout the repair process which really keep me in the loop and was greatly appreciated. I was never in the dark during the repair process! Shelley B is a GREAT ASSEST to your company. She is extremely knowledgable and really made a very stressful situation less stressful and actually enjoyable. I will always recommend Shelly B. and Gerber to anyone who needs their service! I just want to let you know that Amy F. is an amazing employee/person/ customer service representative. She provided EXEMPLARY service, she was polite, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. She made my experience wonderful, hassle free and timely. I have never had such a pleasant experience in a situation like this until I came to Gerber and worked with Amy. I had a 3 inch scratch on the rear bumper on my 2015 Chrysler 200. Dustin explained to me all the time and work it would take to repair the scratch and the high cost. He explained how I could repair the scratch myself and said if I needed any more advice for me to call him. I was shocked how helpful he was. I would refer my family and friends to Gerber for being so honest. Thanks
