Zak did an excellent job explaining to me how the repairs were going to work and he worked very well to clarify the different repairs from 2 separate collisions and he needed to work with 2 different insurance companies. He was also flexible to change dates of the repair start and he waited for the "estimator" of the second insurance company. He was also able to fit the schedule to make additional body repairs beyond the repairs for the collisions. I paid for the additional repairs.It was a pleasure to work with him. It was also a pleasure to work with Magalis in the front desk and she assisted with the renal car and all the necessary paper work. Keep up the good work!!!

I want to say I had the BEST service at this facility! your Estimator, Wendy B, is such an incredible asset to your team. She took all of the stress away from an extremely stressful situation. My truck backed into someone else, who then right afterwards backed into mine, so there were 2 accidents within one, so 2 different insurance companies and 2 separate estimates were required. She handled the situation with such care and professionalism (which by the way, is RARE at any business these days). She not only kept me updated with any new information, she referred me to a convenient car rental place (when the one I had was not being cooperative). I got a nice gas efficient rental which was a bonus. The service at your facility was done ahead of schedule and I have no complaints, only praise for this sweet woman. Gerber will get my business ... again should I ever need it in the future. Please give Wendy a nice raise and kudos for being the best!!! read more

The service was great!!Everyone treated me right and exceeded my expectations.Iam very happy and pleased gerber has done a fantastic job and was done pretty fast.Rebecca,Zak,Emmie were great and TJ was great help he had anserwed ,y question and was wonderful help and very preffesional thanks TJ you are the man.I definatly reccomend gerber they will take care of anyone Thank you gerber.

Tom S. was very professional and kept me in constant contact as to the repairs, adjustment to insurance claim and was truly a delight to work with. He helped coordinate the rental car and made this interruption of having my primary vehicle out of commission completely tolerable.
