Everyone from receptionist (unfortunately don't know her name, but she was very helpful & friendly) to estimator, made this experience less stressful. Was kept informed on status of our vehicle & we were quite pleased with quality of work done on our vehicle.

Tom S. was absolutely amazing! It took a little longer than we expected but he kept us up to date on everything done! We have a brand new 2017 Kia Optima and My husband is a previous ambulance collision repair guy so he was extremely picky with what he expected and Tom listened and made sure every concern was addressed! His promise that my car was back to being safe for our 2 kids to be in again meant the most! Thanks again, Tom! The Fuller family appreciates everyone at Gerber collision who made sure our car was done the correct and safe way!!!

Very happy with the staff, they were very friendly and I feel the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with hertz calling them to let them now I wanted am equivalent vehicle to what I had being repaired.

My 2016 Honda Civic had both passenger side doors severely dented after another vehicle collided in to me on the interstate. After calling Gerber I was promptly set up with an appointment within the next few days and worked with Amy Feltus on my estimate. She was very personable and great to work with -- she consistently kept me updated over the two week repair period about the status of the repair. I want to also thank the auto body repair technicians for their great job, the car looks just as it did before the accident.
