Great work putting my Truck back to new condition. My Estimator kept me informed throughout the process and never made me feel out of touch. Their Guarantee is topnotch; corrected an A/C issue that was the result of some hidden damage. This is my second repair over the past 10 years at this location and both were the same quality service.

The entire Gerber team (Zak, TJ, Rebecca, Emmie and Magalis) was courteous, friendly and efficient. I received a callback within hours of submitting my insurance claim online, was able to get in the schedule the very next day, and had my vehicle back in less than a week! Excellent followup throughout the process via mobile texts and no complications with settling payment. Great color matching to my weathered paint job was a plus. I'd definitely use this Gerber location again and would recommend to others.

I highly recommend using Gerber at this location. They had to replace my whole back bumper and trunk. They did an excellent job and had my car in and out in a week (projected time was two weeks). I also like that they guarantee their work for the life of the car. Everyone was very nice and professional.

I'm very pleased with the work done on my vehicle. The parts were replaced with OEM parts. I wouldn't have been able to tell there was any accident. Amy F., the estimator, was very pleasant, warm, and genuine. She treated me less like a customer and more like a friend, showing a human interest in my vehicle's care. I received frequent updates and communication.

After dealing with an unreliable repair shop I was so happy that my insurance company sent me to gerber instead. Alan M. talked me through this whole ordeal he was very informative, nice and attentive! My favorite thing was they kept me updated on my repairs every step of the way. I would absolutely go back to Gerber Auto Collision mainly because they are super fast! I was also very impressed by the work that was done on my jeep and even more impressed by how fast it was accomplished! I have never been happier to receive my brand new looking jeep ! This being an unexpected nerve racking experience , I have to give full credit to Keith E. for keeping me posted and notified with messages and pictures during the entire process. It's hard to find customer service anymore. Much less someone to go the extra many miles. Keith is an asset to Gerber!
