I received constant updates via email from Gerber that kept me informed about the status of my repair which was something I had not seen any other repair place do in my past. The workmanship was great and I didn't find any spots that needed correction. They cleaned up my truck nicely and returned it all pretty and ready to show off!

This is the second time I have used Gerber for auto accident repairs. Obviously, they did very well the first time so that I could trust them with my car a second time. The front office staff, and I want to recognize Amanda specifically, is super nice and helpful in person and over the phone. I felt so comfortable and after just a few days my car was ready looking brand new. I also received text updates from Keith and that was nice. I'd recommend Gerber to anyone!

Excellent service. I have unfortunately been to a collision place before. The process this time was so easy and they actually called and texted to let me know how the car was coming along. Plus the staff there was SUPERB! They remember you and little details so you feel like you're dealing with your friends and not just a regular staff who could care less. I am so pleased with my results!!
