I am very happy with my truck repairs. It is back to new again. Tom was very helpful and answered all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I now know when or if I ever need any other work done it will always go back to Tom at Gerbers. I will for sure let other people know about my experience as for it's hard to find a place with honest people that do a great job.

Scheduling and feedback all ran like clockwork while my car was being repaired. Derek was swift prompt and courteous on check in and out. Hector kept me right up to date as my car progressed through its repair. He walked us out on collection and explained exactly what had been done. the car was immaculately clean when we picked it up well. Nice job-- great staff. Thanks.

Tom was very helpful and made me feel at ease with the process. They were able to complete the work much more quickly than anticipated. Their collaboration with my insurance and with the car rental made the process easy and helped minimize impact on my work day. The completed work has my car looking like new!

Hector did an outstanding job on my truck. It looks better now than the day I took it off the lot. I was extremely impressed with the way Gerber delivers updates via text message. The messages were extremely accurate and punctual and it helped me with planning during my down time of not having the vehicle. As far as I can tell the auto body work was done well. However, the person who provided the initial estimate was talking about "helping me" instead of fixing my car, when all I was there for in the first place was an estimate. I did go back and get the car repaired there since my insurance company uses the shop and they seemed to do a good job. Also, why is it necessary to click submit to provide feedback?

Exceptional in all regards. I own a 1993 Honda Accord that didn't have replacement parts for a dented front windshield frame (along with a smashed windshield. thanks to a big tree limb falling on the car). These guys/gals were able to work with what they had to restore this going on 24 year old car back to looking like new. Every individual at the service was professional, friendly, and concerned about getting my car back to tip-top shape. Will always use them for auto body repair from this point on. No reason to go anywhere else. Love them.
