I had repair work done on my car and couldn't be happier with the results. Or the customer service! They worked with my insurance company so it was no hassle. I was updated several times a day on the progress and time line. My car came back expertly repaired and, as an added bonus, washed and vacuumed!

My car was damaged by a hit and run. Gerber called me to set up the appointment . On the same day, my husband was preparing for surgery.. so when I walked in and met Leah... I was just so pleased. Leah explained everything and made me feel so at ease. It was one less thing to worry about. It was completed on time! All Shiny and new. The crew did an amazing job! Thank you so much!

The staff at this location is easy and very pleasant to work with. I was greeted by Robyne as I enter the door. She explained everything in a professional and courteous manner. I met Kevin J. and he told me the process of how my auto would be repaired. Kevin called me and kept me informed as to what stage they we at with my car , even when they had to reorder some parts he called to let me know what was always happening. Bryan J. who did the body work did an outstanding job. I thought I would notice a difference when I got my car back, but Bryan did such a wonderful job on it especially the bumper it looks like it went back to Ford factory for repairs. Thank you to all the office staff and crew at Gerber, Merritt Island, FL. I will truly Wreck-ommend Gerber to my family and friends

Chris was very friendly and informative and got me a quick estimate of cost and they stuck to that figure- no surprises!. All of the staff was great with getting me on the schedule, and getting me home when I didn't have a ride. Chris did a great job explaining the repair they needed to do in terms I could understand. They got the work done and the car looks so nice! Thanks Chris and everybody for your help. You're fantastic!

I had an excellent experience getting my car repaired after an auto accident. From the moment I walked through the door a Gerber in Deland Tom S. took care of my needs and answered all of my questions. Tom went above and beyond helping me get a good price on tire replacement as well. Tom listened to what I had to say and made me feel important. It was a wonderful experience working with Tom and would highly recommend Tom and the Gerber Collision team in Deland Florida. I had an excellent experience and the repair was completed wonderfully.

They need to take lessons from the Blanding store. Bridgett implemented this resolution, by contacting Steve and Mike. They contacted Gerber on Blanding. Their Ms. Wendy B. took the reigns, and made all the requested arrangements, per Mike and Steve. She is a top notch customer service rep for your company, she as well needs a personal Thank You from Mike, Steve and Tim O.. Please extend my gratitude and to all.
