I brought my car in on August 28th and didnt until September 10th 2021 which was alot longer than what I was told but Jonathan A was very professional friendly and polite.... Jonathan informed me of the whole process which made me feel that my car was in a good place for the repairs. Thanks Jonathan and the team for everything

Kelly and the staff were awesome today. I dropped off my car a day early when Kelly called with an opening. Today upon dropping it off, I told her that I was trying to get a hold of enterprise on SR 16 to pick me up. She told me that they don't pick people up and called the other location closer to them. They were able to transfer my rental and pick me up. Who knows how long I would have been waiting if she hadn't made that call. The staff also told me that they hope to have my car done by Friday, maybe mid week next week at the latest, which was faster than I was told at the time of the estimate.

After getting rear ended, and my first auto body incident I ask around who to take my car to for repair. Gerber came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! They were so professional and kept me updated on the progress of the work. When I picked up my vehicle, I checked everything before I left the parking lot. They did an outstanding job on the bodywork. They assured me if I had any problems to contact them. The communication was good, the car looked good and I would hate to have to return again due to an accident but I would hands down return for bodywork.

I took my car here back in February 2021 but the alignment was not done correctly which are up my 2 front tires. I took the car back because it had a lifetime warranty. Manager Dave was amazing!! He had the alignment fixed and 2 new tires all done in 1 day. They also paid for a rental car for me. This place was awesome and speedy and I would recommend Gerber to anyone.
