Wow what can I say about this place? The word is amazing. Colin who was my estimator did a phenomenal job. He broke down the simple process and when it would be done. Well he/they crushed my expectations. I was thinking I wouldn't be getting my truck back until after the holidays. Well turns out I got it back SAME DAY and in perfect condition. Better than it was before. Then when I went to pick up my truck he went over the warranty which is for life and I was on my way home right after. They had the rental car company with the agent waiting for me at the same time as my appointment. All of this was an amazing experience. Thank you Colin. You are really good at your job and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend going straight to Colin he makes life extremely easy.

Service was outstanding. Very through in explaining exactly what they were going to do. They called the next day to provide a status update on the repair. The paint job was as good as the original factory paint job. I hope to never need their service again but will definitely return should the need arise. Great job, highly recommend.

Very good experience recently with Gerber Collision, given the times were in with extended supply lines. Everyone was helpful, from Christian at front desk to Doug, my estimator. Received timely updates regarding progress on my vehicle repair and was told honest turnaround for completion and vehicle pick up. The resulting work was impressive and completely matched original vehicle specs. I would definitely recommend Gerber to family members and friends in need of collision repair.

Pretty quick turn around with my car. Got phone calls once or twice a week to keep me updated on the status of my car. Tammy stayed a little late on that Friday so I could pick my car up after they completed the repairs so I wouldn't have to pay for my rental. They washed my car and vacuumed/cleaned the inside. Highly recommend.
