From my first visit to the shop, my interaction with Mr. Timothy G. was very efficient and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way (Phone calls and text) reassuring me that my car was in good hands and being well taken care of. At pick-up the repair was excellent, and I was very pleased with the service provided by Timothy and Gerber. I hope not to have to use Gerber services in the future, but if I do need collision repair services I will come back to Gerber and will recommend them if asked.

Someone sideswiped the rear bumper of my 2013 Cadillac CTS. It was very upsetting to me because I have had the car since it was brand new. One of the things that attracted me to the car was the Diamond White Tri-Coat Pearl paint. After the incident I contacted my insurance company and they referred me to Gerber Collision in Clermont. I am so happy they did. My experience with the folks at Gerber was a pleasant one from estimate right up to the completion of the repairs and repainting. I have never experienced such great customer service and communication as I did with Gerber...especially Kevin E...my estimator. Kevin called me every afternoon to let me know the progress of the repairs. That was truly appreciated. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing expert body repairs and or painting. From the very first day I dropped off my 2016 kia Rio Brandi and Amber were extremely helpful. Brandi kept me informed almost every day they text, and Amber Customer service was an A plus. I decided to stop by one day to see how the repairs were going and I spoke to Marcos M. he was the one working on my car he was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend this shop to everyone and my car looked brand new when I pickup. Thank you Gerber Collision I'm one happy customer.

Had some issues at the 1st attempt to pick the car up but I gotta tell you the guys wanted above and beyond in their diligence to complete my 2023 sportage to make it look like brand new again Jonathan and Christian Communication was top notch and they stayed on top of the job until it was completed to my 100% satisfaction! Thanks car looks great after having most of the side gone!!
