FL - 463 4th Place SW, Vero Beach - 9/21/22

I was very pleased with the work Gerber Collision did on my car. They kept in touch and let me know when supply-chain issues set the completion date back a few days. They arranged everything with my Insurance company and the auto rental agency so there was virtually nothing left for me to do. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Because I haven't had body work done to my car in many years, I have to admit I experienced some "sticker shock" at how much the repair would cost. But the adjuster at Gerber took the time to explain why the work had to be done a certain way and that (in a very nice way) we were not back in the '70's anymore. Other than that, I was extremely pleased with the work Gerber did on my car. It looks like it did I bought it and took it off the Dealership lot brand new. Great job to all the employees there at Gerber!! Thanks

My car was in shambles and I was afraid that it would be regarded as totaled. Luckily, the team at Gerber Collision took a look and told me they thought they could fix it up for an extremely reasonable price. It didn't quite believe it at first until I saw the car in its finished state. It looks brand new! Everyone there was extremely friendly and they held true to their stance on a reasonable price. I could not be happier with my experience.

Gerber did a great job on fixing my Honda Civic. My teen driver required us to use them twice in the last four months. They got our car right in, had it fixed before the estimated time and did a great job. Will kept me updated through the entire process and was patient with my many questions for both repairs. Robin was also very helpful in getting me checked out and keeping me informed. Will and Robin were both provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I came in without an appointment for an estimate, Miranda the Production Manager helped me understand how the process works, she even got me on the schedule asap to get my vehicle in to be serviced. She has been an absolute rockstar! She has given me updates personally on my vehicle to ensure that I am kept in the loop. Miranda has excellent customer service & has done her best to make sure that my experience with Gerber is nothing less than satisfactory.

This was my first time dealing with an auto collision company. I absolutely adored the staff!! Paul is such a sweet guy, he took very good care of me and my car. Love me some Paul!!!!!!!!!! And Sylvia at the front desk is a doll. Everyone at this location is professional and provided great customer service from start to finish. My car came out looking amazing. 10/10 would recommend this location!!
