great service! crew was very nice and kept me updated thoughout the service. they even finished up before the set date and let me know a head of time when it was ready. The new head light and bumper looks new. the fender was unbent and all painted. it looks seamless.

I am blown away at how attentive and helpful everyone at Gerber has been while my car has been in the shop. They called with updates and were detailed in explaining the process. Johanna and Lacey were really sweet and helped a lot. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know if they need collision or glass repair.

The shop was very clean and I felt comfort that my Lexus CS430 was getting restored correctly. The adjuster kept me informed of the progress weekly. Dominic S. , was our Estimator, and he made things so simple for us. He was very professional and courteous. He made the whole process so easy to follow, keeping in touch with my husband and I constantly. We would highly recommend this facility to work on our car again, and we will recommend them to our friends, both professionally and personal. Our car was spotless and looked brand new when we picked it up. This facility helped with the process of my car accident so much easier. Going from the accident to the repairs, not knowing what was ahead for us, and in the end, my car looks like nothing ever happened to it, the repair was that great. Kudos to Dominic and the whole team at Gerber Collision in Palm Bay, Florida!

From estimate to pick up, the Gerber experience was a class act. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Staff openly assisted in the overall navigation process regarding insurance and car rental as well as repair options. They also provided progress reports & timely updates. I hope I'll never need these services again but if I do, Gerber is definitely where I'll go. Thank you!
