I have AAA Insurance...from beginning with the insurance company to ending with Gerber Collision, my experience was seamless. They made it happen! When I picked up my car from Gerber, it was like I was getting into the car I purchased new 6 years ago. It was repaired and it was spotless. They kept me up to date with everything that was going on with the repair and the customer service was excellent. I told the Receptionist when I left that I hope I don't have to come again, but if I do. They have my business. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Someone hit my Volvo in a parking lot and took out a reinforced door. Geico said to bring it to this location. Couldn't be happier. Rental car waiting for me, polite and professional staff. Kept updated throughout process. Picked up car with no hassles, but a directional light was out. Brought it back, Alan took the car and tried to replaced the bulb. Long story short, they're going above and beyond to make things right. So far, I am very pleased with entire experience at this location.
